What features are included in the NSPV Y-Cable Harness Series?

NSPV AC connectors are available in 3-pole and 5-pole versions, rated up to 50A depending on model, with IP67/IP68 waterproof protection and durable PA housings. Cable cross-section, pole configuration, connector color and branding can be customized for inverter and AC distribution applications.

NSPV roof pipe flashing uses EPDM or silicone with an aluminum or flexible base, offering waterproof sealing and UV/temperature resistance for rooftop PV installations. Sizes, colors and base dimensions can be customized according to roof type and conduit diameter.

NSPV junction boxes provide IP65–IP68 protection, high-temperature resistant housing, optional bypass diodes, and compatibility with 1000V or 1500V PV modules. Diode configuration, cable length, potting material and box design can be customized for OEM production.

NSPV isolator switches are available in 2-pole to 8-pole versions for PV array disconnection. They support 1000V/1500V DC models, IP65/IP66 enclosures, outdoor-rated housings, and various mounting options such as surface mount or DIN-rail. Pole number, housing color and labeling can be customized.

NSPV IPC connectors support main cable sizes typically from 10mm² to 120mm² and tap cables from 2.5mm² to 16mm². They feature torque-controlled shear bolts, PA housing, copper contacts, IP-rated sealing and are suitable for 1000V AC / 1500V DC PV applications. Customized cable combinations are available.

The 1500V DC Solar Fuse Connector supports standard PV fuse cartridges (such as 10×85 or 14×85), rated currents from 1A to 50A depending on the fuse, IP67/IP68 waterproof housing, tin-plated copper contacts, and high impulse voltage endurance. Fuse rating, cable length and connector type can be customized.
